Note: Receiving a Return Authorization does not guarantee warranty replacement. The tapes must pass a physical inspection upon receipt. Physical damage, via carrier or otherwise, is not covered.

Note: Ensuring customer confidentiality is a priority to Quantum. Whenever a tape cartridge is returned to Quantum you are insured that the data on the tape cartridge will be immediately erased using Quantum�s processes and equipment. A second step is taken to physically destroy the cartridge. With these steps Quantum eliminates any possibility of any unauthorized party retrieving previously recorded data.
