I’ve taken and passed the exam for an online course, but don’t see the course on my transcript. What do I do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You probably missed viewing part of the course.<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 \u00a0 On the Training Schedule, see if the course still shows \u201cIn progress\u201d in the Status column.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0If it does, click on the Start<\/strong> button to open the course again.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Select the Progress<\/strong> icon . On the new Progress screen, click the word Progress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Check the Completion column for incomplete lessons.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0If not complete, click on a module and finish viewing the incomplete lessons.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Once you view the lessons in each module, the course will show as completed on the Training Schedule and the Training Transcript.<\/p>\n

How long do I have to take the classroom training?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
