The i2k has always collected drive FSC codes, included as the Error Modifier in RAS tickets and stored in the rasdumpoutput file available in the library snapshot. Similar information will be included in the i500 RASlog starting with the i6 release. If this information is not available, then drive dumps will have to be collected and reviewed with ITDT-XE, only available to Quantum personnel. |
