This is a 2-day classroom course, which builds upon the content presented in the Scalar i6000 Service Training Part 1 (2-0374 Online) course. Topics include: • Description of functional systems associated with installation and upgrades • Installing and configuring the library and making the necessary connections to network devices • Expanding the library with I/E stations, tape drives, I/O FC blades, and power supplies • Review of servicing tools and the service call flow • Identifying suspect FRUs for replacement • Capturing logs and troubleshooting library problems.

Prerequisites: • Scalar i6000 Component Lab Exercise (2-0373 Online Self-Paced) and Scalar i6000 Service Training Part 1 (2-0374 Online Self-Paced)
