What are the training locations?

How do I request a Visa?

I’ve taken and passed the exam for an online course, but don’t see the course on my transcript. What do I do?

You probably missed viewing part of the course.

 

1.    On the Training Schedule, see if the course still shows “In progress” in the Status column.

2.     If it does, click on the Start button to open the course again.

3.     Select the Progress icon . On the new Progress screen, click the word Progress.

4.     Check the Completion column for incomplete lessons.

5.     If not complete, click on a module and finish viewing the incomplete lessons.

6.     Once you view the lessons in each module, the course will show as completed on the Training Schedule and the Training Transcript.

How can I report problems or get additional information?

If you have problems or need additional information please email our Learning Admin (Learning.Admin@Quantum.com) with the following information:

 

·        A clear description of where you were (or include a screen shot.)
·        What you were trying to do.
·        A brief description of what happened.
·        A phone number we can call if we have questions about your experience.

How long do I have to take the classroom training?

You have one year from the time of purchase to redeem the training that you purchased. For details refer to the Sales and Support Terms and Conditions document.
